Mobility & Movement Training

Stretching is a simple and effective activity that helps to enhance athletic performance, decrease the likelihood of injury, and minimize muscle soreness.


Electromagnetic Muscle Stimulation (EMS)

EMS sends mild electrical pulses through the skin to help stimulate injured muscles or manipulate nerves to reduce pain.

EMS may not be appropriate for everyone, but for many people this painless procedure is accelerating recovery and providing relief from painful or uncomfortable symptoms.


Infrared Therapy

Infrared saunas, sometimes referred to as infrared therapy or Waon therapy, are modern solutions to a wide range of different ailments.

They are exactly what they sound like - a sauna that uses infrared light as the heat source. This is by design. Typical saunas just heat up the air, and they are not very efficient. Instead, the infrared sauna will use light because this type of heat can more easily break through the skin barrier and heat up your body’s tissue.
