Service Description

Electromagnetic Muscle Stimulation (EMS) therapy technology that reduces fat and builds muscle simultaneously. The power of EMS Therapy comes from high intensity focused electromagnetic muscle stimulation. During your 30-minute session, you’ll experience 20,000 pain-free contractions equivalent to 20,000 crunches. This is something you could never achieve naturally. EMS Therapy is also ideal for contouring your sexist glutes and arms.

Cancellation Policy

The Client agrees to cancel or reschedule an appointment at least 12 hours in advance, without a change fee. Any changes or cancellations within 12 hours are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. If the Client is more than 15 minutes late to an appointment, the Coach will assume that the appointment is canceled and the Client will be responsible for the full Class credit or coaching fee. If the Client is a NO SHOW, then the Client will lose the class credit or coaching fee.
