How does Wellness Coaching help you become Healthy Built?
As a Wellness Coach, I partner with clients seeking self-directed, lasting changes, aligned with their values, which promote health and wellness and, thereby, enhance well-being. In the course of our coaching sessions, as a health and wellness coach, I believe in unconditional positive regard for my clients and a belief in their capacity for change, and honoring that each client is an expert on his or her life, while ensuring that all interactions are respectful and non-judgmental.
What's the difference between Health & Wellness?
Health is a state of being, whereas wellness is the state of living a healthy lifestyle. If health is the goal, wellness is the way we might achieve it. Wellness is the action and good health is the desired outcome. Health refers to physical, mental, and social wellbeing. Wellness can be described as the pursuit of a balanced life, a lifestyle in which we need to care for our mind, body, and spirit. Ideally, this can lead to living a long, full, and healthy life.
