Practitioner Assisted Stretching
STRETCHING & CLASSES:
Go deeper with Practitioner Assisted Stretching (PAS). Stretching is an important component to any lifestyle to keep the body functioning optimally. The goal of stretching is to calm the body, restore range of motion, and decrease muscle soreness.
NEW!!! Triggerpoint Assisted Stretching - Practitioner Assisted Stretching and the Triggerpoint Impact percussion massage tool. Together, this will help increase blood flow, hydrate muscle tissue and improve range of motion pre and post-workout.
*Not recommended for those who are pregnant. Must be cleared by your medical doctor before first session.

Functional Mobility Coaching
HB Restore - Clients will experience the benefits of foam rolling and myofascial release. The Restore program repairs muscles and joints with a combination of Pilates Reformer movements and functionally programmed Trigger PointTM Therapy myofascial release. This program is proven to reduce cellulite and muscle soreness as well as increase performance and reduce the risk of injury.
*Not recommended for those affected by osteoporosis, diabetes, high blood pressure, varicose veins, or pregnancy.
*55-minute class or private, semi-private sessions.
Functional Standing Movement
HB Control - A unique blend of vertical Pilates exercises which will sculpt and tone your legs and glutes incorporating Pilates principles standing up. The Gaiam® Pilates Bar, gliding discs, fitness balls, magic ring, and free weights are used to keep your body guessing. The integrated functional standing movement practice increases strength, balance, stability, and control that enhances everyday life activities.

Classic MAT Pilates class - A Pilates-based workout that combines fitness balls, magic ring, elastic bands, and free weights. Through a series of floor exercises using resistance bands and rings, the workout helps build, sculpt and tone these muscles, giving your body a long, lean look. Pilates can aid in flexibility and improving posture, as stretching your body is a vital part of class. Aside from a serious focus on ab work, traditional Pilates mat work includes a series of exercises to work the inner and outer thighs, as well as a series to strengthen the back, hamstrings, and glutes. Classes end with a stretching series. A great core workout for all levels! (Levels 1, 1.5, 2) *55-minute class
Level 1 – Foundation: Ideal for beginners. We focus on form and alignment to help you master the fundamentals, so you can get the most out of your workout as you advance. This program is ideal for all fitness levels, is easily modified for those with physical limitations, and focuses on overall body awareness.
Level 1.5 – Progression: More complex movements and use of equipment. Explores more precise and dynamic exercises. Intermediate exercises and coordinated movements are introduced, along with progressions and balance and stability challenges to give a more demanding workout. *Must be comfortable with Level 1 programs first.
Level 2 – Evolution: More challenging and fast paced. Incorporates quick transitions and will introduce more advanced exercises. Focused on strength, in addition to balance and stability with dynamic challenges. *Must be comfortable with Level 1.5 programs first.
Level 2.5 – Mastery: Challenges precision and coordination and is perfect for those who have mastered form and alignment. *Must be comfortable with Level 2 programs first or trainer approval.

Cancellations - All cancellations must be at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations under 24 hours will require full payment.
NO SHOWS - A NO SHOW to a booked class will not receive a refund. Please text or call 912-412-9459 to let us know you will not be in class. Under certain circumstances, you can receive a credit towards your next class.
